BAMYAN CITY (Pajhwok): Some women activists in central Bamyan province have demanded reopening of universities, schools and asked the government not to create hurdle for women work at public offices.
Maleka Amini, one of the women activists, told Pajhwok Afghan News: “Afghan women have been deprived of their rights; we come here to defend our rights. Don’t deprive us from school and university and don’t snatch our rights to work and political activities.”
She said they will continue to raise their voices until their all basic Islamic rights are ensured.
