KABUL (Pajhwok): Qatar’s Embassy Chargé d'affaires Dr. Murdaf Alqashoti has called on acting Interior Minister Serajuddin Haqqani and discussed strengthening bilateral relationships.
The Ministry of Interior on its x.com wrote that Haqqani termed the appointment of Qatar’s Chargé d'affaires to Afghanistan a valuable step, hailed the historic relationship between the two countries and assured greater cooperation.
Dr. Alqashoti hoped for continued cooperation between Qatar and Afghanistan.
This comes that earlier, the new Qatari envoy met Deputy Foreign Minister Sher Mohammad Abbas Stanikzai and said that Qatar wanted to strengthen education and health sectors in Afghanistan and play vital role in this regard.
