Security forces in northwestern Nimroz province have arrested seven individuals and seized nearly six tonnes of human and veterinary medicines being smuggled from Pakistan, police officials said Sunday.
The Anti-Narcotics Department of northeastern Badakhshan province has seized 1,141 kilograms of opium and arrested two individuals in connection with the case.
