CHARIKAR (Pajhwok): A number of families, who fled homes due to war in northwestern Faryab province and migrated to the capital of central Parwan province two months back, say they have since been spending a painful life under tents.
The families, numbering 14, complain they have no access to even primary and basic resources of life while Parwan officials say these families have been assisted and would be provided more help in future.
