KUNDUZ CITY (Pajhwok): Public representatives and residents of northern Kunduz province on Sunday said Taliban Sahib district, a claim the rebels rejected.
Khalil Qarizadah, a member of the Provincial Council, told Pajhwok Afghan News that the Taliban had constructed recruitment and training centers for new comers in Jangal area of the district.
He said, “The newly recruited militants have been receiving military training in these centers.”
He added the issue had been shared with security forces, but no one so far paid attention.
