KUNDUZ CITY (Pajhwok): Not a single development project has been implemented in the Chahar Dara district of northern Kunduz province over the past 10 years, residents complain.
Ahmad Shah, an inhabitant of Chahar Dara, told Pajhwok Afghan News many areas of the district had been under Taliban’s control this past decade.
“There is always fighting in the district, where no project could be implemented so far. There has been no report on project implementation. Whatever news we have is about conflict,” he remarked.
